Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority, August 25, 2026
This one’s short. Three items, and the most consequential of them is the board deciding whether its own staff earned their bonuses.
🔦 The 3 items worth your attention
Staff performance incentives are on the table for FY26. The board will evaluate whether LEPFA employees hit their qualitative benchmarks this year, and that assessment feeds directly into compensation decisions. No dollar figure is attached to the agenda item itself, but the outcome determines who gets paid more and how much. (Item IX-1)
The July financial report comes in through the Finance Committee. No action expected, just a receive-and-review, but it’s the board’s main visibility into where LEPFA’s revenues and expenses actually stand mid-year. Worth watching if you track the authority’s finances. (Item VI-C-1)
Minutes from June 23rd are up for the board’s sign-off. Standard housekeeping. (Item V)
